Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BatchWork app and website (the “Service”), provided by Prime Impression (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

3. Connected accounts & third-party platforms

If you connect a third-party account (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), you authorize us and our data providers to access information from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and you agree not to use the Service in a way that violates them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their availability.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• Use the Service to violate any platform’s terms or any applicable law.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your app-store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. AI-generated content

The Service may offer AI-assisted suggestions (for example, scripts or translations). These are provided “as is”; you are responsible for reviewing and editing any output before you use it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding Your Content, is owned by Prime Impression and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analytics, third-party data, or AI output are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Impression will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Prime Impression is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
