You can delete your BatchWork data and account at any time. Here’s how.

Delete in the app

Disconnect a social account only

To stop us retrieving data from a connected platform without deleting your whole account, open Settings → Connected accounts and disconnect the account. You can also revoke access from the platform’s own app/website settings.

Revoke photo or microphone access

Your photos and videos are only ever read on your device and are never uploaded. You can turn off photo-library or microphone access at any time in your device’s Settings → BatchWork.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us at support@adiblonder.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

After deletion, your content and connected-account data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
